Joe Vega’s Neural Activation Techniques (NAT) Workshops were created utilizing 20+ years of experience as a physical therapist and a strength & conditioning expert. These are the tools Joe has used with hundreds of clients to help them overcome chronic pain, and develop the confidence and longevity to conquer their fitness goals.
Activation exercises aim to reconnect energetic pathways from the brain to the muscle groups that have been blocked due to impact of chronic pain.

NAT’s utilize body weight training, as well as resistance bands, foam rollers, and light weights. These are the movements performed during your warm up and recovery periods.
